We need to completely revamp the current NHL defense top to bottom. Ferraro is a great place to start since he has actual trade value. I wouldn’t dump him for a 3rd but two 2nds or an equivalent prospect seems fair.
And that makes complete sense but “trading him before other teams realize how awful he is” is just… well, it’s just depressing realizing this fanbase is as emotionally-driven and impetuous as every other.
It was annoying how much the previous regime tried overhyping and overpromoting him but yeah I agree he’s a decent 4/5 defenseman being criminally overused through no fault of his own. Definitely not an awful player by any means.
