GAMEDAY: Senators vs. Canadiens

The Senators took a leisurely two hour train ride to Montreal Tuesday afternoon, while the Canadiens flew home after taking on the Penguins in Pittsburgh. It’s a Montreal home game, but Ottawa is more rested.
After 31 games, the Senators have scored only nine power play goals. The Canadiens, however, went into Tuesday’s game having yielded 22 power play goals, including 11 in 17 home games.

My goodness, Brown looks massive in that picture.

Also, I have wanted Paul and L. Brown "reunited" for the longest time now, however was not expecting it to happen on the 4th line but I have to say with Davidsson on the right, that line looks amazing. Hopefully they can work hard and create some chances that could easily be a threatening line if they play with confidence.

Nice for Hainsey to be playing his 1000th in front of the team for which he debuted in the NHL.
He’s actually played 1,099 games. Tonight will be his 1,100 game. So a milestone, yes, but not as significant as his 1000th

Another one of those games that twist me in knots. Its games like these where i hope the habs jump out to an early lead so that i dont get nervous twitches cheering for Sens goals.

Once Formenton makes his way onto the roster, him and Duclair are going to be a problem for teams on the pk and forechecking
