Small sample but PP looking much sharper w/o Phaneuf. I don't think the forwards want to get in front of the net when he's shooting.More net presence and better puck movement so far.

Yeap. We've been really struggling at the puck in the point in general and it's been sriving me nuts the past few games. Not the powerplay online.

Totally agreed.

He's part of our (lack of) possession problem. He's played well this year but his skill-set sucks. He's a lug that'll crunch you if you have your head down or your back towards him and has a hard point shot that takes forever to get off and misses most of the time anyway. He's not creative or a particularly quick thinker. Look it how quickly the Leafs are moving the puck around the ice this game
