McQuaid is an awful, awful defenseman.

Oh, and he's awful.

Every time I see something like that it always makes me think that was probably Julien in his NHL career except that his coaches stopped playing him and was passed by more skilled players. This is is why he has a soft spot for untalented grinders and keeps playing them.
