He obviously twists his knee a bit on the way down there. Hopefully its just precautionary given the condensed schedule, and he didn't actually tear his meniscus or something. Such a random, stupid, and careless occurrence

Watching it a few more times the knee does kinda twist after the initial impact with the ice. Fingers Crossed.

It's really clear from the video that Byram twisted his knee, which gave him a severe concussion. His career is likely in jeopardy now.
