I’m not happy about all of the NHL time for Kampfer either.

But we’re also at a point where I feel it’s becoming a Wideman like situation with fans. It’s being pushed as a far bigger problem than it is and is at a point of no return rhetoric-wise no matter how he performs.

A second point would be a good start for a non defensive defenseman!

Well they do have the option of sitting Kampfer. Lauzon is young, learning and needs to play. This is what, his third scratch?

I like the Donato-JFK-Heinen third line. In 3 or 4 years, that could be a heckuva third unit.

Backes has been picking it up lately. I wonder if we'll see a Debrusk-Krejci-Backes 2nd line when were healthy. Really rooting for Backes to turn things around.

It is always the no name back ups that concern me with this team . We light up the Leafs Andersson on Saturday then the mighty McKenna throws up a brick wall against on Sunday and it takes 40 shots to put 1 by him .

Raanta has been injured a lot, but Hill has played like a starter. They're not really to be feared on the PP, but their PK is lights out. I've been learning a bit more about them since I live there now. I do get the feeling that Hill has been holding back the dam and it's gonna burst soon. I think they just called up two more guys from Tucson to replace injured guys.
