Hockey is a funny sport and why it’ll never be 1’s and 0’s like baseball and even basketball to an extent. A goalie randomly gets hit and wins this game. You replay this game 10 times and the outcome will be a Dallas win in 7 of then

great win, I’ll take it. On to Sunday.

dallas is a good match for the flames...their stars are old and slow, they had a good game but they cant dominate and run away like McKinnon can.

Heskinen is one heck of a player. He will be a star soon.

one thing I notice is that stars goalies never make the tough saves. they won't allows bad goals... but that's about it.

I feel like ward was experimenting with small plays all game which is why the boys looked a little odd at times. The way that line was held late in the 3rd on that PK was something very interesting. Dallas wasn't sure what was going on and it was working. We kept dumping it back.

Calm Talbot bailed the team in many of those failed plays... But when those funky little plays worked, holy crap. Those were something else.

He already is. I don't think there's 5 D in the league I'd take over him. Especially age being considered

Talbot stole that, we had no business winning. Honestly very done and annoyed with the entire 1st line 5v5, they're complete ass.

Bad game, good result. I cant believe how many scoring chances Dallas wasted, but Talbot was also reaaaally good

Not sure what to do about the lines. Top line is a liability. Might just have to leave as is if Tkachuk is back as tough to break up the other two lines.

swap Johnny with Reider and make him a pp specialist....he just can't play in games like this

the other two guys need to wake up... Lindholm may even be worse than Monahan if that is even possible
