Refs declining to call the obvious trip on Howden right in front of them because we just got off a PP and were up 4-2 with 5 minutes left looms larger with the two goals SJ scored in four minutes.

We played horrible afterwards but game management reffing rears its head again. A win is a win but we will definitely need to have more points than others because we will be losing tiebreaks.

We were sloppy, but San Jose was 5-4-1 in last 10. They're mediocre, not horrible.

I miss when they were horrible... the Oilers too for that matter.

That was some terrible defending when up 4-2.

The Sharks 3rd goal the Knights just allowed the Sharks player to pretty much skate to a good shooting spot. I know they were just trying to block the shot, but there was probably a better way of defending that.

The 4th goal they left Hoffman all alone in once again a great shooting spot.

Was not a good game by the Knights at all. Looked like just a typical let down home game after a successful road trip. Thankfully they were able to get the 2 points.

Tuesdays game will be interesting. 3 games in 4 nights for the Knights, but the Flames will be on a back to back since they play tonight as well and will have to travel to Vegas for tomorrows game.

Maybe you'd like Patera to have one of those goals but otherwise he was fine. Trouble controlling pucks sometimes. I don't think he will be an NHL starter but it's possible he could be a backup somewhere ecentually.
