"He wasn't feeling quite 100 percent so there's really no point in rushing things here and taking a risk of injuring things worse," coach Mike Yeo said. "It's not a setback. He just doesn't have full confidence in pushing side-to-side right now. Without the full confidence and without being sure that we might hurt it worse, it doesn't make any sense." With Dubnyk out, Darcy Kuemper will start.

No team has played more road games than Arizona, which returns to Gila River Arena to open a six-game homestand; the Johnscotts will play eight of their next nine on home ice, where they are 6-4-0.
