After winning seven in a row and outscoring problems in about half of those game the Kraken have now lost three in a row with their loss to the Caps on Friday.

This time around the Kraken are in Florida, with their first stop at Sunrise, to play the Florida Panthers.
About a week ago the Panthers ended the Kraken's winning streak with their 5-1 win at Climate Pledge Arena and will try to return the favour of last year by sweeping the season series against the Kraken.

3 Keys to the game

1) Play solid defensively

For the most part of the season the Kraken have been really good defensively helping out their goalies by keeping shots to the outside, giving them a chance to see shots and blocking a lot of them.
During the last couple of games there have been some tendencies that aren't good and gave way too much opportunities to other teams.

2) Be more active/establish the cycle
During their loss against the Caps the Kraken got badly outplayed by Washington and besides the final ten minutes where never really able to establish any kind of presence in the offensive zone.
In order to make that happen the need to find more ways to enter the zone and make life tough for opposing teams defenses.

3) Penalty Kill, anyone???
The Kraken are usually solid in not taking too many penalties and of course should keep on doing so.
Still, as soon as the other team gets a power play you've got to hold your breath cause the Kraken are absolutely terrible on the pk and even twon months into their 2nd season can't seem to figure that one out.
Unless that is fixed it will be tough to win consistantly in this league.

Let's see how the Kraken react after being in a slump and losing three games in a row.

Naturally Martin Jones should come in for this one but Grubauer has actually looked solid since coming back from injury while Jones, with not a lot of help from his defense, has looked a bit shaky.

The Kraken will also be without Jamie Oleksiak for those final three game of the road trip which means either Cale Fleury or Gustav Olofssson will get to play a couple of games.

Anyways, let's hope the boys are up for it and of course....
