Another "four point" game, this time against the Sharks. The Knights have dug themselves into a slight hole, but it's not insurmountable (especially in the Pacific Division). They know what they have to do.

I don't have a problem with, in fact I find it preferable. Had an early game Yesterday, No Travel and I believe we have 3 days before we play Chicago. This year I felt Subban has only been good in the game against Nashville, the rest aren't all on him but he hasn't been good enough in them. Also it's a divisional game, and these are the games we definitely can not afford to lose.

I'd take Flower at 50% over Malcolm at 150% every time. (Sorry, Malcolm.)

We don't appear to be the kind of team that's often gonna be able to score the 5+ goals needed to be competitive with Malcolm in goal.

I'd say play Flower in as many divisional games as is possible. For example, I'd toss Malcolm into the next game vs the Hawks, then Flower the next two Pacific games.

Really, I'd like to see Malcolm sent to Chicago to work out (if possible) his problems and get his confidence back (hopefully) there. Then let's bring up Max or Oscar and give them a shot. Max did about as well last season with the VGK as Malcolm is doing here now. And if Malcolm plays regularly with the Wolves, then I'd think that can only be good for him. Less pressure, I'd hope.

Or I guess I could lace up the pads!

It's a must-win, & Flower is feeling good due to no travel. If we win this we're back to .500 and in a playoff spot(and since it's against a division rival, we technically take 4 points in a regulation win.) After this one he can rest since we've got an easy road trip coming up.

This team has been playing a lot of games. I would assume they have a bit of a break at some point since they have a few extra games played on most other teams.

At this point, a tired Fleury is way better than a rested Subban.

Subban needs to go back to the ahl and regain some confidence.
