Nieto actually gets shots on net instead of pulling back on a 2-on-1 like the rest of the team. He's serviceable.

He had 2 shots tonight, one was from barely past the blueline. And with a shot as weak as his, it wasn't gonna go in haha

Tierney sucks I'll give you that, brown has been no worse than nieto, Zubrus has played 3 games so he doesn't count, Mueller doesn't consistently play, donskoi has been better, and so has wingels. Nieto is garbage just accept it

Brown has absolutely been worse. Nieto can actually possess the puck and play defense. Things Brown cannot do. If you swap Mueller with Tennyson, it makes no difference. Nieto is better. If you don't count Zubrus, you can count any player that was in that spot and Nieto is better than him. Donskoi has at best been equal. He hasn't fit with anyone and he doesn't do anything at a real high level. Nieto excels defensively. Wingels has been pure garbage this season until the last game.

Accept it, your hate is not founded in reality.
