I think this is one of the many reasons I like Bernier over Reimer. We've never really been down 3-4 goals with Bernier in net having to claw back.

Reimer does deserve blame for this game but the team in front of him has been pathetic.

Bernier doesn't allow 6 goals tonight though, he's better than this.

Reimer is just as much to blame as everyone else tonight. At least half of the BJs goals were saveable by your average NHL goalie. Randy is equally to blame too.

The Isles' game we played so well and we've shat the bed since.

Not sure why people are harping on individuals. There are two players that have been good this game. That's Phaneuf and Gunnarsson. Then we have a couple who have been decent, and the rest have been just bad. More or less the whole team has been bad, so no individual players have lost us this game.

And CBJ have scored a bunch on snipes from the slot or on odd man rushes, those types of shots go in more often than not. A leaf fan should know that.

Who cares about Lupul's injury...

I don't see what the heck he's done ALL season. He has SUCKED so far.

If JvR or Kessel got injured, I'd be worried. Lupul is a complimentary player that is injury prone.

No but he lets in 5 goals against the Oilers. The point I'm trying to make is that goalies will have off nights, and it doesn't help when the team in front can't score either.
