Best lines I've seen proposed. This is what Carlyle needs to do. Instead of having one scoring line, one shut down line, and two lines that do nothing but eat ice time.

Komarov can play centre, and, if he gets thrown out off the face off dot, we have Kadri!

Actually Kadri might have been even better in the faceoffs than Komarov. Both can do it but kadri has really gotten better this season.

Komarov of course does everything else better than anybody. He is that great.

If we get these points... I'm blown away how fantastic job randy carlyle has been doing. It's really amazing to see. With these injuries and all that's going on with phaneuf's mind and brain... it's a miracle on ice the leafs have a playoff spot.

I don't know man... jvr, bozak, holland, santorelli and komarov and WINNIK( you didn't mention him) have all done real well on the pk. There's no room for errors or kadri on the PK. Not at all.

All we need actually is: Komarov, Santorelli, Winnik and Bozak and Holland. None more. These five will do it and have don it already.

It's a shame really yeah.
It's not like we have the newest strategy to change the game and nhl like Jacques Lemaire did with his devils back in the day. He played that D-game with all he had. Other teams couldn't score any and they won the cup.

It's not like we with the carlyle are using 3 D-men and 2 offensive forwards five on five hockey. Imagine what that would do to the game. It's not like anybody dares to even try that. Lemaire is still living though. He might come back someday....

top-line is clutch
Lupul-Holland-Clarskon has an ability to be effective on the wall
Santorelli/Komarov are effective together always
Winnik has played center before.

I would run

JVR - Bozak - Kessel
Santo - Kadri - Komorov
Winnik - Holland - Clarkson
Booth - Smith - Lupul

Bozak line in tact but if they start sucking in their own zone I would move Winnik up and JVR down

Kadri line was pretty good lately so let them roll. Kadri with better D wingers is actually playing better in his zone plus on that line he is the shooter, Komo digs pucks and Santo has puck possesion cycle

Holland line works the cycle and gets to the front of the net. Holland is the shooter on the line. Wears down the opposition D

Smith line actually could be pretty good and will allow Carlyle to manage minutes better. Smith plays a solid 200 foot game and is actually ok in the O zone and all 3 can cycle, shoot and get to the net.

Seems pretty balanced and any line can score. Our 4th line vs their 4th line would be a mismatch for them so take advantage of it.

Santorelli and Booth are likely to play together. They've had past success and the coaching staff has pointed to that before the season as a potential depth combo this season. Obviously the injury stopped that from happening.

Winnik - Holland - Clarkson
Booth - Santorelli - Panik

Given the idea to take Kadri off the PP and keep Holland on it, you could see them switch places.

This is what I assume the lines will be, not what I think they should be.

Until Lupul gets hurt again or Booth struggles enough to insert Panik back into the lineup.

Nice to see Booth healthy but I wouldn't expect too much from him tonight. Unless he's absolutely atrocious I hope he gets a few games beyond this one to show what he can do.
