Exactly why I like this rule. No player purposely dumps the puck over the glass but if wasn't a penalty then we'd see it happening a lot more. I'd like it more if it was about intent or not if we had good quality refs which is an oxymoron.

You can think we'd see it a lot more but I'd love to see some reasoning.
