Got to admit I am really nervous for this one. Matinee games have not exactly been a strong point for us over the years. I think a quick start is going to be key in this one. Also we need the Miller who played periods 2-6, you have got to believe that Chicago's big stars are going to come out all pistons firing.

The Schwartz and Steen gifs are reversed.

Nice GDT.

An idea for future theme: NHL Network commercials. (Beezid, there are others if you take note....several that are easy to mock. Farmers.com)

As always, great GDT! Unfortunately I'm expected by family obligations to actually have a life outside of playoff hockey today :shakehead but should be able to catch part of the game. Have no idea what to expect. I haven't expected much from the Blues in this series with the injuries, hopeful with the return of some of our players, but know Chicago is going to be desperate for a win. All the same, Let's Go Blues! Really need the wins at home going over to Chicago.

Agree on the early starts. It is nice not having to stay up to 5am to watch the games, but I still hate them.

I got a question, somebody help me out. Hypothetically if we win, the Ducks, Avs and Sharks all win. Who do we play in the next round?

Weird Contradiction: Rutherford said he would be surprised if Oshie didn't play today while Strickland said that he would be surprised if Oshie did play today. I think Rutherford has a lot more credibility, so I guess I'll lean on his word, but Oshie's little situation is really annoying and couldn't come at a worse time. I don't grasp how he can fly around practice with a huge smile on his face at top speed and then not be deemed ready to play…Maybe it has something to do with getting approved for contact, but at this point, just let him play.

Absolutely hate Saturday day games. I work as do most people I know, thus I won't see a lick of this game. LGB.
