They dont kill penalties. They have been taken completely right out of this game.

Completely laughable considering this is the team's first bench minor this year. You think they might be pissed at the refs for a reason?

Keep in mind that Wings fans are used to getting at least a couple bogus 5 on 3 PP's every home game.

Don't worry, I'm sure that's coming in the 3rd period.

For whatever it's worth our PK let in 3 goals in 5 tries. As bad as reffing has been the boys should've kept the Wings to 1 conversion.

Why is he going down if he expected a shot to go through? The butterfly covers the bottom of the net.

Agree about the easier save selection. But this is a tendency of Luongo when having to move side to side. Not a good goal.

Exactly? From what I saw, the shot was low and that's why it bounced off Garrison's leg/skate, so he went down into butterfly. If Garrison wasn't there, that's a pad save.

Luongo has been fine. No game-savers tonight but not many he can be totally faulted on without first blaming the bad PK.
