Hopefully we win. Our schedule is pretty favorable for a week or two (before getting brutal). So if we’re to climb back in this we need to make some strides during the next 7 games or so.

- 6 games against the Cup Champ (Tampa), with 4 of those on the road
- 6 games against the Cup runner-up (Dallas), with 4 of those on the road
- 6 games against red-hot Florida, with 4 of those on the road

Right now the Jackets are a solid 6th place in the division.

The next 6 games are vs. Nashville and Chicago, with 4 at home. If the Jackets don't get 10 of 12 points in these 6 games they are finished.

I'd be happy with 3 out of 4.

It's one thing to look at a team beneath you and think "this is one we should get." It's a little different during this every-time-you-play-someone-it's-two-games thing to look forward and say "anything less than two wins is unacceptable." It's just too weird.

They've played 25 minutes together at 5v5. Team has scored twice without giving up any goals when they've been on the ice together. What struggles am I missing?

Good post. Clearly they scored goals when together. My eyes do match the Corsi which reflects more time in their own zone. But admittedly their time together was less than what I’d thought.

With all the line shuffling I just wasn't sure how much time they've played together. Domi has clearly struggled. I actually think his best chance to get going is opposite of Bjorkstrand with Texier in the middle. Domi's best #s are with Bjorkstrand and his numbers above, in a small sample size, indicate he might be ok with Tex. Maybe that becomes the 2nd line when Stenlund comes off his bender lol
