There's obviously nothing close to a must-win in November, but I'd really love to win this one because going into their building twice in 5 days and taking 4 points will put us in their heads. Keep the Preds in their heads.

Win would be nice. Keeping it to a one-goal game would be ideal.

And Olli: you really gotta produce, or you're Brett Hull all over again, Ymmärtää?

HUGE game. Winning in their building, after they pulled off such a great win a couple of days ago, would be a great statement by our guys. I think they can. Eyes focused, Preds.

I think the Blues win this game rather than us losing (if that makes sense to anyone). We look alright, but STL comes out hungry to avoid losing two in a row at home to NSH. 3-2 STL. Regardless, go Perds!

Forsberg is getting a lot of attention lately, so Tarasenko will get a hat trick just to ensure the attention goes back on him. Jake Allen will probably be annoying and foil all kinds of good chances. We play a semi-clunker and lose 4-0.

CBS predicts the exact opposite score.

Nashville Predators at St. Louis Blues, 8 p.m. ET
Some of the NHL's best teams so far this season are in action Thursday. Two of them face off in St. Louis, where the Blues host the Predators. Not only are they two of the hottest teams in the league right now but they just met last week, a game Nashville won by a 2-1 margin. It's the only game St. Louis has lost in its past nine. The Blues are coming off of a 6-1 win against the hapless Buffalo Sabres on Monday night, and the competition is definitely going to be significantly tougher Thursday. The Predators are playing some fantastic hockey right now and the trio of James Neal, Mike Ribeiro and Filip Forsberg has been difficult for opposing defenses to handle. Pick: Predators 4, Blues 2

Nailed it. This win would vault us among the tops in the league, both in standings and quality wins. I always love to see the top-line pot a few, but I'd love to see Roy and Smith further gel too.

Go Preds!!!

I'm scared and I have a bad feeling about this one...darn booze

The only thing I'm gonna call is that Forsberg continues his goal streak...forget Jake Allen and his small sample size!! ;)

One thing that I noticed when updating graphics this morning is that St. Louis PP is third in the league. I recall the game last week we had very few penalties (1, to save an odd-man rush) and that is probably one of the main reasons we beat them.
If we can stay out of the box then I think we have a good chance of beating them again, but if we get into Penalty trouble early (or whenever for that matter) then it may be over real quick.

Hoping that Forsberg can continue his hot streak and maybe Weber bombs one in for good measure!

Let's go boys!!

Tonight is division game #8 and 6 of them have been on the road- including 4 games at Winnipeg/St Louis with 0 at home.

Despite only 2 of the 8 at home, if we could steal this one tonight we would be 6-1-1 in the division. Even if we don't, 5-2-1 is impressive and the home division games should be a big advantage later in the year.........

So far this season the Predators are the least penalized team in the league. On the flip side of that we are also almost last in power play time as well. Hopefully we can continue that tonight and give the blues few opportunities to use their very strong power play.

This gonna be a tough one... We beat the blues quiet recently and they're gonna come back strong I believe.
At the same time Nashville has played well and got that first game after the roadtrip over so this is gonna be intresting.
I dont want to predict this one realy ^_^
Go preds!
