I think its a possibility, I hope you are wrong too, would rather see us take our frustrations for the post season out on the scoreboard. A Boldy and Kap explosion would make me feel a lot better than Pat Maroon and Zach Bogosian pounding Marchment and co in the helmet.

For those of you who are curious, Rossi has as many even strength points as Zuccarello (7). Both have more than Kaprizov and Boldy (Boldy missed time). Hartman leads the team at 10 even strength points followed by Eriksson Ek and Maroon at 9 even strength points.

Kaprizov has as many even strength points as Foligno, Brodin and Faber.

So ... 9 games of horrible starts? I think that's count. Could be 10.

Guess I don't expect it, but it would be nice to see things start to come together a bit. Hopefully there will be some sort of catalyst that'll cause a few of these guys to get out of their funk. I usually try and give things somewhere in the range of 15 or so games before getting too negative about the team. Teams rarely show what they're going to be in that 10-20 game window.

However. This season (and likely next), that theory may be a bit flawed.
