Except Oshie wasn't in his path. Oshie skated in to Malkin. So Malkin is at fault because he looked at him, noted Oshie wasn't going to change his course and braced for contact?

He skated in front of Malkin, and Malkin unloaded on his head.

I wouldn't like it if it were done to a Penguin, and I don't like it when it's done by a Penguin.
