3. Abuse of the officials. Icing on the cake... and, let's be real here, the officials deserved the abuse for their failure to snuff out the garbage to begin with, only to finally start calling the stuff they missed in the first period.

Goat: Our inability to start games on time. We may not be a playoff contender just yet, but we are absolutely a better team than the one we've watched the past couple weeks. If we can stop spotting mediocre teams two (or more) goals in the first period, we wouldn't need third period heroics to steal victory from the jaws of defeat.

Statement game from Larkin, love to see it. He's not only a star he's a leader too.

Hope we're seeing shades of the player Raymond is going to be. Flying all over the place and right in the thick of the action on offence and defence. Had a takeaway that gave me a Datsyuk deja vu. Slick and with finesse and immediately in clean possession going the other way.

Walman is a good 3rd pick but lots of props for him in here already so I'll give it to Compher. 2 assists, one of them nearly a goal when he rang it off the crossbar. And he was a pain in the ass for Boston. Just what we need him to be.

goat: Husso. Getting tired of the sloppy goals and the team bailing him out. It feels like the NYI game was his only game that wasn’t subpar.
