So much parity in the NHL. Bs gave good effort. Problem is they weren't as focused and sharp as the previous games in the season. Something wasn't right. Being a little off happens from time to time. Toronto played as hard as I've seen them play this season. They were ultra motivated tonight. Still only eked out the win. Cannot wait to play them with Forbort and Charlie back.

Blues have been gosh awful so far. One of the worst teams in hockey. We shall see how the Bs respond against them. Season has been stellar so far, and still remains stellar even with this close loss. Bs will bounce back.

Poor game by Debrusk, Bergeron and Greer.

Only guy that was a standout was Coyle but the team defense was good, they barely gave up anything. Just could finish chances or find one of the many juicy rebounds.

Team didn't look too engaged tonight and, frankly, I don't blame them. Shame on Sweeney, Neely and Jacobs for lobbing that grenade into the players' laps right before heading into the media circus that is Toronto. Tonight's loss is on them.
I didnt see them psychologically messed they played well to crush them the puck just didnt go in that's all. 2 to 1 wasn't a team in disarray.

The boys are rolling thru the league no problems, management signs Miller, the room doesn’t like and has a similar reaction to most of us, then is forced to answer for their decision for the past 48 hours. When it’s time to play hockey again they come out pretty flat and get out worked by the Leafs. Maybe just a coincidence but seems like maybe the room had something else on their minds heading into the game, they are human.
