We struggle to skate with their top line, but the rest of the league probably does too. The passing seems a half second slower all around, excepting Granlund and a few others.
They struggle to skate with Mackinnon.

Positives: power play looks good.

Negatives: possession is terrible, we never have the puck. Can't make a pass. Breakouts are poor, transition is bad. No speed through neutral zone.

Not a great idea to have no athletes on the 4th line new gm guy.
I've hated the 4th line less than I thought I would. They are slow, except for Foligno who's kind of dumb but less dumb than the first half of last season. The line's sort of an anachronism in 2018, but it sort of works. It's the top line that's really disappointed, in my eyes.

They have to overrule it, so they need to have clear evidence of puck hitting the glove only.

Speed isn't a problem, the passing is.
Both are for sure. I've been bringing this up for years. Our team's passing ability is terrible. And by that, I mean the ability to make stick-to-stick passes. It's always been a big problem on the PP.
