I love the system he runs and his stoic demeanor especially in the face of guys that get hot headed like MacK. But I will never EVER, understand his thought process when it comes to deciding who get to play and where.

I agree. I also can't stand that our wingers consistently come all the way down to our circles in the defensive end, but it's got to be Bednar's system, cause they've done it since he took over. It gives point men so much time in our zone.

It might just be as simple as putting your best 4 defenceman in the top-4. Manson is fine, but he’s not as good as Girard, or Byram.
