This 100%. It was obviously discussed before hand he was down on the depth chart and he would only play barring multiple injuries. He clearly didn’t have any contract lined up with a team he would be more then just a taxi squad player so it would’ve been the same thing anywhere elseHe signed with a team that already had a full roster, a week before training camp opened. If he didn't know that he was bound for the taxi squad, he should fire his agent.

Although I can understand the argument that by basically sitting him the whole year it hurt his chances of signing with a new team, at the end of the day he signed the contract knowing he would be a spare part and it would be up to him to impress enough to be in the lineup. Just like it was up to him to impress St-Louis on his PTO.
I didn't read the article but Frolik is coming across as someone who looks in the mirror and sees who he was in his prime and not who is now.
