Habs prolonged his career for sure, but he's a good story from what I know: Haitian dad and Québécoise mom, born in NYC, little guy but built like a cube and tough. Merci et bonne chance Francis!

Really liked him a lot. Gutsy player who looked out for his team and fought above his weight class. His later years were not what I'll remember about this player.

I'll never forget him taking on colton orr after hollweg nailed someone from behind ( I think it was kovalev).

Joking, joking. He had a great career and I'll always like him, even if he was horribly misused/overused at the end. You can't blame the guy for wanting to play, despite the fact he wasn't the play he once was. If anything, I respect him more for it - playing through and working hard even when constantly he's getting burned. Rarely will a prideful player go to a coach and ask for fewer minutes.

He played too long, but he was a cool dude to have on your team.

Yup,
Once again the Habs wet the bed with their poor timing...
Signing Craig Ramsay as a PP consultant just prior to that specialist Cube hitting the market.
I wonder if MT made inquiries into getting him hired for Craig's off days. ;)

Lots of respect for the little warrior. Like several of us I was happy to see him go when he did but that doesn't take anything away from his accomplishments. He was a true Habs and the kind of personality you want a whole locker room full of.

As others have said, was always a fan of his until his last two years here where Therrien completely over used him.

Good luck in retirement.

First ballot habs HOF though for sure

I remember his timely hits on the boards and his courage in taking on much bigger fighters. He wore his heart on his sleeve. He got the shaft under Gainey.
He thought of himself as a much better player than he was, but still, he was a true warrior. Scared of no one.

The thing I liked about Bouillion was that you never noticed he was a small player. Guy would stand up to anyone. In fact, there were times when you looked and said "Wow, how is he still standing after that one"

More small player's should look to Bouillion for how to stay on your skates and play physical.
