hes already got the advice. don't know why he is moronic enough to change it back. Id rather have him look ugly and stop pucks. This is his contract year. Don't know why he wouldn't want to optimize everything around him.

Exactly. The color of his pads means very little when he employs such poor techniques. I still cringe every time an offensive player takes the puck around the goal line and he goes paddle down, leaving half the net open.

Has his puck handling or rebound control ever improved?

It might not, but it gives the shooter an advantage to locate where the goal and goalie is under fast paced games. Ever wondered why tennis balls are yellow?

It doesn't have any impact on the goalie. It has an impact on the shooter.
