Can you fill me in on your LW and LHD situation?

On LW we have Gaudreau, Tkachuk, Ferland (RFA), Bouma, Versteeg (UFA). Obviously Gaudreau and Tkachuk would be non-starters for trade talk. The Flames are pretty high on Ferland, so I don't know if it is something the team would consider or not (I personally would at least give it a look, but I have not watched Bogo in a while). On LD we have Gio and Brodie, who are also obviously non-starters, but then after that we have Jokipakka, Kulak and Wotherspoon, all of whom are RFAs this summer.

No he shouldn't, he's still young and a late bloomer. I'd bring him back on a 1 year deal to be the 6/7 defenseman next year. He's improved as the season has gone along, you have to think his off-season hip surgery slowed him down considerably to start the year.

I'd like to see him stay with the Pens, but hypothetically what would CGY trade for Schultz?

No. We don't need offensive defensemen, we need a defensive type guy. Maatta would interest us, but not Schultz.
