Again, it's a one year, 750K contract, the type of contract that you pay to low ceiling AHL/NHL tweeners. How can this be a bad thing? Do we think that Eric is going to come into the dressing room and get his teammates hooked on meth and Ho-Ho's?

You know as well as I do that it's worth worrying about his access to a supply of sweet, sweet Raleigh meth.

He led all forwards on Team Canada in ice time and had a goal and three assists. If that's "completely cooked" what would he have had to do in order to look decent in your eyes?
Adam Tambellini, Jordan Weal, and Eric O'Dell had more points than him on the same team. Guys that can't even crack a roster.

Gee, I wonder if scouts actually looking at more aspects to a players game other than just points.

Maybe thats why they actually go and watch the games instead of just looking at the box score?

Who knows, I guess it's all just a mystery how that works.

That's literally what you did lmao? I just added some context and now you're getting upset lol.

I did ACTUALLY watch the games and he was slow as hell. Looked terrible. Took some bad penalties too.

I'm not remotely upset, just mocking you for confusing building a hockey team with building a hockey pool.

Based on your snarky response you seem to be.

Your original post brought up his box score stats. I brought up the box score stats of his teammates to add context. You say, "Maybe thats why they actually go and watch the games instead of just looking at the box score." Maybe you should take your own advice?

Pretty sure he is legitimately the slowest players signed to an NHL team he has no value really.
