Above is an example of how the board will work, though I will change players to make it more strategic where to get houses on properties you must sign bad players as well as good players (such as adding players with bad contracts to Boardwalk). This would also incentivize people to sign bad players with bad contracts as anyone who lands on them has to pay a fee proportionate to their salary.
We will roll a computer generated die and players will move that many spaces on the board, when they land on a property they will have the option to sign any of the available players (at their real life cap hit) or they can refrain from signing anybody. If anyone owns a player on each property of a color, they will be get houses on them. Other players will have to pay a salary cap fee toward you if they land on your players.
The salary cap will be $70,000,000
There will be Community Chest & Chance cards that if drawn will provide benefits or penalties to your team. Some examples being (Pay $25K in cap space to each player, release one player to free agency)
