It's been four f***ing years dude. When do you plan on giving Fletcher credit for the team he's built instead of whining about a guy who no longer has any bearing on the team's current state? G got older, Simmonds fell off the cliff in 2018-19, Voracek fell off the cliff after 2019-20.
Hextall's draft picks simply weren't good enough to fill the gap.

If you kept the 2018-19 team together, they would still be a terrible team.
