If the Suns won the Finals, they would’ve been the first team to do it without a player born in California in a long time. I honestly don’t know the last time it happened.

One of the best performances in a finals elimination game I’ve seen. He scored 5 less than the entire team.

Giannis -50
Everyone else - 55

For real though big congrats to the Bucks. They have building towards this for 3-4 years now. They've drafted well and made smart decisions regarding their roster. A refreshing change from the big glamorous markets gobbling up all the talent and seeing shit like "The Process".

Currently blaring through the streets of Milwaukee:

I guarantee that it isn't! It isn't 1975 anymore.

Golden States 2015 and Toronto’s 2019 championship run to me felt organic in terms of team play and roster building.

Since 2015:

2 teams broke Title droughts (Golden State and Milwaukee), 2 teams got their first (Toronto and Cleveland)

Which is the next team to break the drought?

Brooklyn, although nobody will be rooting for it outside of the tri-state area

would've been the clippers had kawhi been healthy

Is he ever going to be healthy again or playing for the Clippers when he is?

Skip has already started looking at the Tom Brady poster hanging on his wall.

Maybe the street vendors in Milwaukee can sell shirts with Bayless and Stephen A on them?

With 65,000 fans, they should be able to sell 10 or 12 shirts if the price isn't too high. ;)

Devin Booker isn’t too good when he tries to slow down the play. His decision making/execution is poor. At least in this series it was.

Glad to see Milwaukee win, I like that they are unlike a lot of other teams with a big star that bombs 3 pointers all game. Plus Giannis comes across as way more likeable in the media than a lot of other guys. The way he plays reminds me a bit of Bryson DeChambeau where he has this incredible power but lacks touch.

This was a nice picture to encapsulate the playoffs.
