Lol. Bang on

It's okay though, this place reminds me that not everyone watches hockey regularly.

First post got it.

Bravo. :handclap:

It's sad NOW they are realizing this, anyone who watched the AVs would know this and how he has changed his game over the time in the NHL.

As someone who is not as big a hockey fan as most people on Hf, I just found it interesting.

I would like to get more informed but poor internet and lack of tv options where I work limits the hockey I can watch.

I'm serious when I say this, Toronto must have some of the worst writers in North America. Feschuk usually writes crap articles and this is no exception. HELLOOOO!! it's the reason why Burke signed him...Thanks for clueing in Feschuk you're only 9 months late.

Feschuk must be brain dead. How on earth is this news? It's the reason that Burke signed him!

No...I thought we signed him to be our top line center!?

Then he sucked and we made him kill penalties as punishment.

You are definitely not wrong.

Over the year there have been so many garbage articles. I think they have some quota of articles they have to write about every week...so they just spew anything they can.

Best writer in Toronto is probably Siegel and he's not even a journalist...just a beat reporter

IMO the best columnist is Mirtle.

The first thing I thought when I read the title was "In other news the sun is bright" like honestly...anyone who has half a brain and knows a little bit of hockey knows McClement has always been a great Pk'er. Feschuk please go back to basketball! He's totally out of his element writing about the Leafs and hockey in general. Too many garbage stories from him

Last year at the trade deadline I suggested on numerous occasions to try and pluck him (or Winnik) away from the Avs.

It's fun to see how it all worked out!

I remember suggesting this as well, he's always been a respectable third liner who does what a third liner is supposed to do. It was an obvious signing and one of the few correct ones over the past several years that won't look horrid.

Exactly, as Leafs brought in PK specialist McClement to fix their ailing PK, and he has done exactly as designed.

So there is no surprise here.

Very shocking. The guy brought in to help the PK is good at it .

Must be nice to BS an article and actually get paid for it.
