For me as a Sharks fan,

It used to be 30-goal scorer Joe Thornton----we got him.
Then it was 50-goal scorer Dany Freakin Heatley----we got him too.
Then I went through the phase where I loved the mobile D-man that could pot 18-20 goals----we got Burnzie too.

Right now......my favorite player is someone who is elite, but is also down on his luck and deserves better----Erik Karlsson.
