What was your favorite moment? Pretty boring season overall nothing too jaw dropping but there were a few cool moments. Post vids or gifs if you can. I'll start.

Subban's goal against Colorado

Owning the bruins. Domination by price.
Also the series against ottawa for most part. I didn't have high expectations for this season. Overall they performed better than I expected. We had a good season.

When Emelin put the pie on Price's face after he broke the win record. That wouldn't be funny if it were any other player on the team. For some reason he just makes me laugh.

That comeback VS the Flyers early in the season. Down 0-3 in the 3rd then score 3 and win it in OT. Back then I naively believed this team could overcome any deficit... oh boy was I wrong.

Gilbert's goal vs LA. That was a thing of beauty, and it felt good because I had been backing him up, and he gave me a reason to back him up.

Chucky's Trick against the Canes

The kid arrived, dangling like a mini-Malkin, beaming with confidence, commentators couldn't stop singing his praise, Max was actually having to work out there instead of just waiting for a pass

The Habs were on a tear and exciting to watch for the 1st time in a long time

He struggled for a couple of games....

A favorite moments thread when we were eliminated in the second round with the worlds best goalie and a norris trophy D. Seriously guys, there are no great moments, if there are then we are becoming Leaf fans!!!! The regular season means nothing, hell there are 5 year stretches since the 93 cup win that I cannot even remember any of the roster!!!:shakehead:shakehead

At the thirty game mark, Galchenyuk replaced Desharnais as first-line centre and went on to score 10 points in 13 games.

That moment where we done something that mattered in this league.

Oh wait, that was in '93.

Pathetic. If you can't imagine expressing one once of joy at having finished the regular season with the second best record in the league, what kind of fan are you, really?

Why bother with this sport at all if 80-90% of games are meaningless to you?

I wasn't really old, but surely I remember the parade vaguely.

Settling for mediocrity; a staple of being a Quebécois!

I have been a fan since 1978 and I have seen some great players, I remember when our 70s dynasty ended and the upstart Islanders and Oilers were taking over the league. I remember a rookie called Roy standing on his head in 86 in MSG and stealing us a cup and 93 as well. If you are a true fan of this great franchise you do not remember the regular season as meaning much more than securing our spot in the playoffs. The glory of this franchise was built on playoff success and not many of our banners and retired numbers are based on regular season pride, if it were that way, saku would have a retired number. I hope Bergevin and Therrien are the same type of fan that I am because if they are not then we are in serious trouble.

None from the team's season that I care to mention. Plenty from this site.

Line of the year involves porn logic and mashed potatoes.

And the repartee we generated from mimicking this one poster who feels the urge to sign all of his posts.

Not to mention this site's paying "partners" who feel compelled to regurgitate the forum's past offerings, by taking ownership of them in some "article."

Second best team in the league over the regular season = Mediocrity. So there are probably 29 mediocre teams in the league every year, right? Why do you even bother.

I'm not even mad at losing to Tampa. They're a good team and proving it right now. With a little luck that could be us.
