Agree. A series can go 7 games and could still be considered the fastest series.

I think a lot of it might fall on the refs. If they call every little nit-picky penalty, it could seriously disrupt the flow with the stoppages. As long as they are consistent with their calls for both teams but let the little stuff go, that can help speed up the games.
