Keep in mind we're doing 23 man rosters with an 81.5 cap. Players who have played an NHL game (not just this year) and have an NHL contract can be picked. Guys like Lindblom, N. Patrick, Bouwmeester are eligible to be picked (some may value different), Byfuglien still not eligible as he doesn't have an NHL contract.

If you guys want to swap positions for the whole draft, sure. But if you're doing that you're taking that team instead so I don't have to edit the draft board for each round.

Curious why 23 man roster? The extra 3 isn’t going to impact the voting outcome, just be random specs/4th liners. If you want to make it so teams focus more on cap, we could have cap-hits calculated off of AAV (ie. J Hughes is 3.775 instead of 0.925).
