Isn't there something like a real boxscore?

Anyway, this score is scary :amazed:

The Russians shouldn't have a problem with their pool. They will finish first with the Americans finishing second. I don't know what to say about the Swedes, I guess they may not be strong again this year? I think they barely snuck by Belarus in ex. play the other nite.

Yes, but the games are not played on paper, and until they actually win their pool, I"m not going to go all excited. This is still going to be a long road for us.

But if there was another Canada-Russia final, that'd be awesome.

Maybe the reason why Radulov didn't play is because they already know what he can do, and decided to try someone else.. Or maybe he just isn't good enough for our team.

Either way, again, glad to see us do so well against Sweden. I know it's an exhibition game, but Sweden is still a big hockey country, and 6:1 is very impressive. Just hope the boys don't get it in their heads now, and keep working hard every game.

by the way "svetovy poharu" doesn't make sense ... because it's svetovy pohar, and not poharU (which means World cup in Czech)

I'm sure they won't! They wil work hard! This tournament is going to be about who is the best! It won't be about bad chemistry, bad luck or lucky bounces.

Hmmmm.......the big fella(ovechkin) with two goals and an assist,we could be looking at a dominant performnace in this tournament from that guy.....really a man amongst boys this year. Can he be handled or will he lead Russia to the top?

I think Sweden won that one,by a 6-0 score.

Hopefully Sweden was just looking ahead to the start of the tournament and will kick their play up :(

Salmonsson put one in the net? Amazing! He didn't have a single goal in 21 games this year .
