Bruno is obviously flopping hard there, but if you view a player going at another player totally off the ball and knocking him down as a free kick it must be a card. Just an awful officiating decision either way.

The correct decision would be to tell Bruno to get up, but if you decide the other way it makes zero sense to not hand a card out.

I think Rashford would have scored his if he had a split second longer. He just had his feet mixed up for a shot with how he had to get in so could only take an off stride poke at it versus a true swing.
