I've decided to attempt to run one of these, we'll see how it goes.

Rules:

We are taking this draft round by round, if the group loses interest after a round, then we'll end there, if people are still active and making their picks, then we can continue.

Remember to PM the next GM. I prefer that you say you PM'd the next GM in your post.

If you miss a pick you will be given the highest undrafted player on this list: http://www.nhl.com/ice/draftprospectbrowse.htm
GMs who miss multiple picks and have been fairly inactive in the mock will be removed and their team will be placed on auto until someone claims it.

You will have 4 hours to make your pick, with an overnight grace period between 11PM EST and 8AM EST. Your 4 hours cannot include the grace period; you have 4 hours outside of the grace period to make your pick (say your clock time started at 8PM EST, you would have until 9 the following morning). I'll usually announce how much time someone has if their time would include the grace period.

Anyone can auto picks, it would help if you do. Just make sure it's been 4 hours and the person up is not online.

Trades are allowed but are not official until both teams have confirmed it in the thread.

You can make offseason transactions such as signing players but it must be cap compliant. You can go over a little bit but you can't sign players if you're over the cap. Keep in mind that chances are not everyone will participate in offseason transactions and trading so this only applies if you plan to make transactions.

Three teams per person limit.

The draft is currently three rounds, if the draft is going well and most GMs are active, we can try out more rounds and see how it goes.

I will try to be a committed and active commissioner, shouldn't be too hard for me.

Glad this is filling up. We'll aim to start at some point tomorrow, I'll PM Hoagie to let him know he can make the first pick as soon as we've filled up. Five more GMs and you can take a second team if you wish to.

Quite a large trade just to swap picks six slots away, but we wanted to make it interesting.

Awaiting confirmation.
