I’d like to know what his workout regimen consisted of. I feel and have felt that pro sports athletes are succumbing more and more to overuse injuries. The human body requires variation both to grow and stay healthy/injury free. If I’m his trainer I’d have Quinn doing basic strength training in the off season with focus on pressing/pulling/squatting coupled with simple conditioning. Save the explosive work for the last couple weeks before camp opens.
Of course I’m just speculating here but I have a hunch his off season training routine was filled with complex bullshit movement patterns.
