1) Soon to be UFA
2) Oilers could have had him in the off season
3)his numbers are based more upon the fact he is getting good icetime and he would not get that in Edmonton
4)Oilers can wait till the off season again

When the Oilers trade pizza boy it will be for another pick who had high expectations but needs as change of scenery not a 30 soon to be UFA. Logan Brown makes more sense

You did not compare are a top ten pick in his first year as a pro to a 4th rounder taken 121st overall did you?

We are far enough from their draft that you through out pedigree. Neither has proven their worth as an nhler but these are two players who have trended in opposite directions.
