I want to blame the refs because they were atrocious but it's hard to even get angry when only a handful of Bruins decide to show up game to game.

This is so patently false it's not even funny.

Bruins were the better team tonight. Rick Nash didn't show up.

Once again a painful opening period that put us behind the 8 ball cost us.

And the complete lack of 5 on 5 scoring is killing us. And then we just didn't have it in us to end it in OT.

You guys got robbed. No other way to say it. After the marathon season to get where they were, bad officiating should never have such a huge impact on a team's fate for the season. But it did, and with it, Bruins chances of advancing are not very good. I hate to see that.

The series is 2-2 right now if the refs make a call on Kucherov or Killorn. Instead they called Accari for literally nothing.

Tampa is a great team, and one of the top 3 in the league with Nashville and us. Losing a fairly contested 7 game series to them isn't something to be ashamed of. But this season was way too good and way too fun to end like this, with bullshit officials handing them the series on a silver platter.

It feels like every night it's 5 guys on the ice vs 9.

I've never seen feel like it has some kind of "boost" from the league like Tampa does... I just don't know...

The McAvoy play was a penalty, but not an obvious call in real time.

Let's face it though, this team wasn't advancing much further without Krug. Nothing to lose now, so play the kids (Donato, Heinen) and let the chips fall where they may.

We just have to win 3 games and we'll probably play well with our backs to the wall. If we win Sunday winning the last 2 becomes likely I don't think we'll lose game 6 and go 0-3 at home this series.

But tonight was the game the first line showed up. Lines 2-4 are a mess right now even though we have some good players on them. D is kind of a mess.

My guess is we force a game 7 and the refs steal it for Tampa.
