Well, I took another look at it, and I understand the call.
1] There is no TO conspiracy against the B's.
2] Still lookin' at the breaks in this series, and see an 0-3 advantage.
3] They're just going to have to play through it. Could be wrong but the B's have almost never used the "coach's challenge." I really, really dislike same for various reasons:
It kills the momentum of a game, with seemingly endless back & forth about what is or is not a goal. And it places the fate of the game in the hands of officiating. To wit, and to whine: that "protective netting" business, which three officials failed to see. Yet they saw the Gryz "goal" and the Nordstrom push.
It's a human game, played and officiated by human beings, which in the end is better than "instant replay," etc.
Doesn't make it hurt any less!
