The team that scored over 300 goals this season finds itself unable to even generate scoring chances when the guy who scored 1/4 of the team goals is missing/injured.

All it does is magnify just how valuable Matthews is to the team that without him, they look like a borderline AHL team offensively.

They weren’t scoring with him either.
