Definitely a closer game than the score indicates. I didn’t see an unbeatable team in the Canes. We beat the Islanders 5-2 in the first game last year and you all remember how that series turned out after that. Nothing’s over but have to get better, especially against a B class goalie

My takeaway is that Carolina is a really good team, takes advantage of any mistak and doesn’t miss on many chances. Thought we played a decent game overall, but we need to finish better, and we need a few guys to play smarter hockey.
