So the ducks trade all those assets (including Lindholm, their most valuable asset), and don't get a 1C which is their greatest need? Suffice it to say the OP makes no sense.

What is a realistic package Colorado could put together for a fringe number 1 dman who’s 25 locked up with term?

Landeskog was a decent player back then, but now he's really good but how much of that is the product of being on same line as Rantanen & MacKinnon ?
When Ottawa got Bobby Ryan, it turned out Bobby was a product of playing with Getz & Perry. It was easy for Bobby to have a bunch of 30 goal seasons being the 3rd wheel of the Getz/Perry line.

The two lotto picks in this year's draft are what is intended to bring the 1C (obviously no guarantees still)

He peaked early in his career, the 71 point season in 2010-11 for example which was also the last time he scored more than 57 points.
