Could it be learning the defensive game Eakins was asking of them?

I dont know but I like the fact that at least we are seeing signs of chemistry with this bunch. As much as we all want Yakupov to turn into the superstar he should be he hasnt shown anything close to that with anybody here. I think he will have to be traded and we likely wont get back as much as he's worth.

I thought Hall and Yakupov showed more chemistry than any other combination on the team.

I hope management isn't taking a string of losses and blown leads as a sign that we're headed in the right direction. I imagine they probably are, as this organization has a tendency to sugar coat losses, whereas respectable teams in the NHL tend to resist a "feel good" response to losses.
