Most likely not. And since he's only suspended for 4 games, he'll only have to sit out one game even if Linköping are swept.

The little guy didn't like Soderberg nailing him in the corner he so he face washed him then Soderberg drills him back with a cross check. Hypothetically Linkoping's season ends and there are still games left on a potential suspension does that affect Soderberg's NHL eligibility?

Our league back home is a joke. Last year a guy cross-checked a guy in the mouth and he didn't get suspended at all

Kind of, but much worse. The fact that guys get two games for just dropping their gloves and fighting means that whenever someone does something actually suspension-worthy, you kind of have to add those two games on to not make it really hypocritical. Sometimes they don't, and you'll end up with truly dangerous hits to the head getting 2 games (which is essentially no game by this logic), or not getting anything at all (which would correspond to minus two games).
